I'm a rural/traditional sort of girl and not much luck finding a similar male.So most of the time I do just wear the sweat pants or athletic wear... I'm developing a sense of fashion for feminine things, and finding I can look good in sportswear. When I went to college, one of the great surprises for me was just how feminine a majority of the guys were.I don't understand why wearing flip flops is okay unless you're off to the beach. I don't get why we can't look good/dress good even if we're not going out to a party.I don't get girls who think they look "pretty" when they're half-naked, drunk and going off to a club. You know you don't have to wear a skirt or anything to impress me." I went on a date with another guy who said, "F--k that. You don't need to wear high-heeled boots or anything." after he noticed me wearing two-inch-heeled leather boots. I don't wear skirts/dress feminine to impress men even though I'm not going to lie and say it doesn't turn heads. They explicitly tell any guys that are in ltr's pr engaged that she will most likely cheat and to break it off now, too many cases of guys coming home to cheating gf whose now preggo but he's stuck paying (and thus the military is) because he was overseas when the baby was born and didn't challenge the paternity. It doesn't help that the average recruit now is one step above retarded. That's why I ended up things with him because there was no point in keeping it going if I knew we weren't going to see each other. It's like if you didn't see a future and you know you can't commit, suck it up and just stay single.
This is definitely one of the biggest ironies I'll never understand about being in America. So I do follow the Manosphere and Roosh & I've noticed that guys are always complaining about the quality of American women in comparison to other countries, how they're fat, unkempt, don't wear makeup, don't wear high heels, etc. This stuff makes me laugh not because it's always funny but because on my campus, I've found it to be kinda scarily true. Ideally, I'd love it if girls wear dresses because honestly, I've never seen a girl look bad in a dress. The same way a lot of women think the height of femininity is giant acrylic tips, tiny outfits, and having as big an entitled attitude as possible their counter parts think getting fat on beer, Doritos and either playing video games 24/7 or getting strangers pregnant is the ideal lifestyle. That's why it's important to stick to your own values and improve yourself because in some places the selection is small.
